You’re Invited - Learn to Coach

I believe that anyone can be a leader, and anyone can coach.

All good leaders have a variety of tools in their toolboxes, and understanding when and how to coach someone is an absolute game-changer.

Coaching is all about putting the focus on the person you're speaking with. It's never about you when you're coaching.

Have you ever had a leader care about YOU more than their agenda? Or care more about you than themselves??? I'm chuckling while writing this, because I don't actually think it's that common.

If you have had a leader like this, you understand the power of truly focusing on the person in front of you (in person or virtually). It's life-giving.

Coaching is about actively listening to the coachee, being fully present for them, and caring more about their solutions for themselves than your own solutions or ideas. (As a professional coach, I'm still having to check myself on that last one, hehe.)

I launched my vision production company this month, The Happy Cactus, where I help powerful women gain clarity to cast their vision, create a strategy, and make it happen.

The foundation of vision production is coaching.

Vision informs your purpose, your meaning, your energy, and your actions. I coach my clients identify, untangle, and expand on their visions. From there, we create a plan. We keep coaching to stay in alignment with the vision. Then, we GET IT DONE. And we coach throughout that time of producing the vision, too.

To celebrate the launch of The Happy Cactus, I want to teach you my greatest weapon right out of the gate: coaching.

Let's celebrate in advance the world-changing visions that will be produced through The Happy Cactus and change the way we lead forever: through coaching.

Please join me! Register today. Invite a friend (or boss, hehe!).

SPOILER ALERT: You will coach someone in this workshop, so get ready!
