For 15 years, she’s produced a variety of visions: software companies, arts/culture and community projects, full building construction, philanthropic initiatives, podcasts, web shows and more.

As an executive coach and former marketing executive, Alisa has partnered with clients to lead global distributed teams with confidence, build high-performing habits, and leverage their strengths in multiple environments. On the creative side, Alisa specializes in award-winning digital storytelling, brand strategy, global marketing and product launch campaigns.

She currently produces and hosts Color Forward, a podcast dedicated to advancing multicultural women in the workplace, and Seriously Though, a podcast about succeeding in life and at work.

Alisa is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She has a bachelor’s in Communication Studies from Vanguard University, and a master’s in Organizational Management and Leadership from Fielding University with a concentration in Executive Coaching.
